These terms govern your use of order.limeadebahamas.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Limeade Bahamas (Fresh & Local), Limeade Bahamas, located at Industrial Park, The Bahamas. VAT/TIN: TODO-VAT-TIN.

What we sell

Made-to-order tropical drinks and related items, prepared fresh for on-site counter pickup only (no shipping or delivery).

Ordering and pickup

When you submit an order and your payment is approved, we begin preparing it. Orders are typically ready for counter pickup in about 10–15 minutes. You receive a receipt by email and can follow your order status. Collect during our hours: Mon–Fri 7am–3pm · Sat 7am–1pm · Sun closed.

Prices, currency, and VAT

All prices are shown in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) and are VAT-exclusive; 10% VAT is added to the subtotal as a separate line. Tips are voluntary and not subject to VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PlugnPay on a hosted, SSL-protected page. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms and which you acknowledge at checkout.

Availability

Items may sell out. If we cannot fulfill an order you have paid for, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Bahamian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
