Limeade Bahamas ("we," "us," "our") operates the online ordering site at order.limeadebahamas.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you place an order, why we collect it, and with whom we share it.
What we collect
Your name and email address (to send your receipt and order-status updates); your order details (items, quantities, options, amounts, tip, VAT, total); and limited technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address, device/browser type) used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
Payment card information — we never see it
Card numbers are entered directly on the secure, SSL-protected hosted payment page operated by our payment processor, PlugnPay. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number — only a transaction reference and an approved/declined result.
Why we collect it
To take and fulfill your order, send your receipt and status updates, process payments and any refunds, keep records required by law (including VAT records), and protect the site against fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make ordering work, and only as needed: PlugnPay (payment + refunds); Resend (receipt/status emails); Supabase and Vercel (hosting + order records); and government authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices

Security
We use SSL/HTTPS for all connections, keep card entry on PlugnPay's hosted page, and restrict staff access to order data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
