Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every drink is made fresh to order, please review this policy before you pay. You acknowledge it at checkout.
Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel before we begin preparing it by calling (242) 421-0313 right away or replying to your receipt email. Once preparation has started, the order generally cannot be cancelled because the item is made specifically for you.
Refunds
If we cancel your order (e.g. an item is unavailable), we refund you in full to your original payment method. If something is wrong with your order, let a team member know or call (242) 421-0313 promptly and we will remake or refund it. Change of mind after preparation is generally not refundable, since the drink is made to order and perishable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through PlugnPay. It may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank. You receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued.
No shipping or delivery
All orders are for on-site counter pickup only (no shipping or delivery) at Industrial Park, The Bahamas. No delivery or shipping refunds apply.
